Loving mother of Dedra (Donald) Black, Michael (Julie) Smolen, Richard (Deborah) Smolen, Donna (Tomas) Mendoza and John (Tracy) Smolen. Proud grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 9 grandchildren. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Leon and Ann Kwiatkowski.
