Wayne Carlson
September 8, 1931 — March 1, 2015
Age 83, late of Munster, IN and formerly of Hegewisch, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015. Proud father of Robert (Wendy) Carlson. Loving grandfather of Timothy Wayne Carlson and Gina Carlson. Caring uncle of Donna Ratkovich, Nicholas Ratkovich III, Diane Ratkovich and Jimmy (Abbey) Dunfer. Fond nephew of Loretta Carlson. Preceded in death by parents Hjalmar and Viola Carlson and sister Betty Ratkovich. Wayne proudly and honorably served his country in the U.S. Marines and was a member of the Amvets Post #43. The family would like to thank Dr. Cheryl Worix and caregiver Mr. Malenga for their wonderful care and dedicated service.
