Simona Hernandez (nee Rodriguez)

Age 81, late of Hegewisch, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Raul Hernandez. Loving mother of Rosa Hernandez, Romeo Hernandez, Rene Hernandez, Simona Hernandez and Florinda (Jose) Hernandez. Proud grandmother and great grandmother of many. Caring sister of Rosa Calixtro. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Jose and Albina Rodriguez Murillo and siblings: Carmen Hernandez, Nicandro Rodriguez, Ursula Betancourt, Ernesto Rodriguez and Crecensio Rodriguez.

With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines during this time of Covid-19, the visitation is limited to 10 people or less at a time, social distancing and face masks that cover the mouth and nose are required upon entry (face masks will not be provided by the funeral home or cemetery).
