January 22, 1941 — January 19, 2017
Age 75, late of Hegewisch, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Carol Norcutt. Loving father of Bill (Michelle) Siems, Dee Ann Siems, Sean Norcutt and the late Michael Norcutt. Caring grandfather of Holi (Chad) Gaskey, Stephanie and Nicholas Norcutt, Samantha, Ashley, Carley, Jessica, Daniel and Sabrina Siems. Proud great grandfather of Angelea, Rumor, Lyrik and Mikayah. Dear brother and uncle of many. Preceded in death by parents: Arnold and Margaret Norcutt. Howard proudly and honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion Post 330.
