Harry Makara, age 97 of Hegewisch, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Beloved husband of Eva Makara for over 66 years. Loving father of Jerry (Candy), the late Joseph (Madeline), the late Steve and the late John. Proud grandfather of Nicholas, Jodie, Juliette, Celeste and Alexander. Dear brother of the late John (late Kathy) Makara and other siblings abroad. Proud uncle of Kathryn Keene, the late John A. Makara and other nieces and nephews abroad.
