Age 80, late of Hegewisch and formerly of Roseland, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Smith (CPD). Loving mother of Gena (Michael) Poulos. Proud and loving grandmother of Gianna Marie, Ashley and Billy Poulos. Kind aunt of Karen, Vince and Liesa Sarelli. Dear friend of Ann Spremo, Diane Ritchie, Judy Swetlik and Hannah Stance. Preceded in death by parents; Joseph and Antoinette Sarelli and brothers Joseph and Frank. Toni worked 30 years at the Chicago Police Department and participated in the CAPS Program.
