Betty Vee Johnson (nee Sanders)

Age 88, late of Hegewisch, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Carl B. Johnson. Loving mother of Carl W. (Ginger) Johnson and Carol (Alan) Kaim. Proud grandmother of Maxwell (Elizabeth) Kaim, Emily Johnson and Carl M. Johnson. Kind sister of Joan (late Dean) Pearson and Letty (Ross) Larson. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Willis and Elvera Sanders; and daughter Fern Johnson. Betty Vee was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 272. She was also a Sunday school teacher and member of the choir at Lebanon Lutheran Church.
