Loving brother of Laura (Vincent) Moreno, Rose (Stephen) Jacobsen, Augustin Rangel and Jose (Christie) Rangel Jr. Caring uncle of Isabel (Jesse) Escotto, Phillip Jr. and Daniel Leibas, Betty (Ron) Andrade, Vincent Jr. (Dominique) Moreno, Christopher Moreno, Dave Sanchez and late Lisa Rangel. Proud great uncle of Janelle, Lilly, Ariella, Rudy, Phillip, Christian, Jacob and Abel. Dear cousin and friend of many. Preceded in death by parents: Jose and Severita Rangel.
